Request to delete one branch in adoptium/aqa-tests repo

Summary

I would like to delete aqa-tests branch https://github.com/adoptium/aqa-tests/tree/j9.0.42-release. And I do not have permission to do so. Could you help?

Also, if possible, I would prefer to allow committers to keep the right to delete branches when necessary.
