Can you please look at user Lylewheeler222@outlook.com in particular the last comment (#59 (closed)) in https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=558284#c58 and consider blocking or removing account

I didn't click the link and I can't be sure the person isn't trying to be helpful, but at minimum it is very off topic, at max it is a spammer/phishing account.
