Archive or remove titan GitHub repos

Summary

We noticed that the Titan project has 62 repos in the Eclipse GitHub org (https://github.com/eclipse). All titan project repos have been moved to GitLab in April 2021 (see https://gitlab.eclipse.org/eclipse/titan/).

Can the titan repos in the Eclipse GitHub org be removed after almost 2.5 years?
If there are good reasons to keep the repos in place, we would like to - at least - archive them.

Please provide feedback.
