Set up GitHub Pages for Langium Website Repository

Summary

After migrating the Langium Website repo to the Eclipse Foundation, we found that our Netlify access hasn't been transferred from the old organization. This prevents us from publishing updates to the website.

Instead of reinstating the Netlify access, we would want to switch to GitHub Pages for the website deployment instead.

Can you set up GitHub Pages for the repo above with a custom domain configured to langium.org? The domain currently still belongs to TypeFox, so we will set up the corresponding ALIAS/ANAME records.
