Sonarcloud project binding to GitHub

Summary

I'm from the Eclipse Kapua Project.

In order to make the Sonarcloud decoration on GitHub pull eequests checks, it seems that we are missing the bind between the GitHub project and the Sonarcloud one.

This is needed to have decoration on PRs opened from forks.

What is the current bug behavior?

GitHub pull request decoration is not working even if Sonarcloud analysis has run.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Decoration should work and the results of the Sonarcloud analysis should be visible in the PR checks
