SEO on eclipse.dev is broken

Summary

When searching for projects names, the websites migrated to eclipse.dev do not appear at all in the search results.

When the migration strategy was discussed (#1991 (closed)) it was raised by me and several others that this move has a significant risk for SEO. IMHO, this risk has now materialized in the worst possible way.

Steps to reproduce

Search for project names and see the results. I tested it with the following projects:

• Tracecompass
• Eclipse GLSP
• Eclipse Sirius
• EMF Cloud
• CDT Cloud ... but it probably affects most projects.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Website should at least come up in the search results. For the examples above it used to be on first place in the search results.

This harms the adoption of projects and therefore the ecosystem.
