Google Analytics for the Eclipse Leda Website
Summary
We would like to enable Google Analytics for the Eclipse Leda website: https://eclipse-leda.github.io/leda such that the ownership of the GA account/ID is at Eclipse and not Bosch/ETAS (against internal directives). There is already a precedent with the Eclipse Velocitas Website: #1608 (closed).
We have the technical setup (consent banner, handling of doNotTrack etc) ready, but no official GA account for project Leda.
What is the expected correct behavior?
GA available for the Eclipse Leda website.

Impact
GA is important for us to gain insight into our user base and improve the documentation/project website. It is not however a direct impediment for anything else.

@vasilvas99 I created the GA property and updated our Google tag manager to ensure that GA is triggered for the Eclipse Leda website: https://eclipse-leda.github.io/leda/
