Follow up task to #3322: Connect two additional repos.

Summary

This issue is a follow up to #3322. That issue caused the initial connection between https://dev.azure.com/jakarta-ee-azdo/jakarta-ee-azdo and https://github.com/jakartaee/jakartaee-platform to be established.

I am requesting that the steps in Configure other projects or repositories be followed to add the issue trackers for the following repositories to be connected.

• https://github.com/jakartaee/platform-tck/issues
• https://github.com/jakartaee/jakartaee-api/issues

What is the expected correct behavior?

If I am working in https://dev.azure.com/jakarta-ee-azdo/jakarta-ee-azdo and I want to link to an item in the above mentioned GitHub projects or repositories, I am able to do that.
