Submitting Playground Project to Eclipse Thingweb via Repository Transfer

Dear Eclipse Team,

I would like to request the transfer of Playground GitHub Project to Eclipse Thingweb. It has been residing in the Thingweb (not Eclipse) GitHub organization where node-wot, the primary component of Eclipse Thingweb was residing before (see https://github.com/thingweb/node-wot). We have adapted the license and styling of the code to match node-wot and we think that it is mature enough to be submitted to Eclipse Thingweb.
