Moving Eclipse Thingweb repositories to its own GitHub organization

Summary

The Eclipse Thingweb project (https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/iot.thingweb) currently has two GitHub repositories:

• https://github.com/eclipse/thingweb.node-wot is the software offering
• https://github.com/eclipse/thingweb.website is the website code

We are planning new components to our project and find it better to start organizing all Thingweb components under the same GitHub organization. This will also give the project itself better visibility. Thus, are requesting the creation of a new GitHub organization called eclipse-thingweb and move the existing repositories under it. The repositories should probably have the following URLs:

• https://github.com/eclipse-thingweb/node-wot
• https://github.com/eclipse-thingweb/website

Impact

We are not expecting any impact on the user base since automatic redirects to the GitHub repositories should happen without any issues.
