JIPP for iot.oneofour is dormant

No successful build was executed in more than one year. Hence, the question if there are any plans to utilize this Jenkins instance in the near future. If not, we will archive and remove the instance. If, at a later point in time, it's determined that a Jenkins instance is required, we can (re-)create it.

Please note, if we don't hear back from the project before May 26, 2023, we will assume silent agreement that this instance is no longer required.
