Setup PGP signature for Eclipse ESCET

Eclipse ESCET will need to provide PGP signatures for its artifacts (see eclipse/escet/escet#568 (closed)). Could you please setup PGP signatures and credentials on Jenkins and share the public key id to properly configure signing?
