GitHub webhooks for eclipse-mylyn

Summary

I create a Jenkins Organisation Folder Job in https://ci.eclipse.org/mylyn but a Commit did not trigger a Jenkins build. Do we need to request that the Webhooks are created or is there some setting in the Jenkins wrong?

Workaround is to activate the two multi branch Jobs with pull every 5 minutes.
