Database error in Eclipse Kura Jenkins Builds

Summary

The build since few days is reporting database errors and failing as consequence.

Steps to reproduce

Access for example https://ci.eclipse.org/kura/job/multibranch/job/PR-4390/21/consoleFull and scroll to the end. The project build succeeds but then in the step related to storage of results there are a lot of errors DB related like

What is the current bug behavior?

Builds fail

What is the expected correct behavior?

No build failures
