Description

There is no Google services in China.
Any blocking (not asynch) load from google.com will block page load for several minutes until browser timeout.

Right now page https://www.eclipse.org/downloads/download.php?file=/oomph/epp/neon/R1/eclipse-inst-win64.exe&mirror_id=448 that is main Eclipse download page waits for several minutes, before download starts.

Previously raised Bug 437568 - https://www.eclipse.org/downloads/ can't load was: Relying on Google CDN makes eclipse.org site up to 1 minute to open in China
