unable to find download statistics for the gemoc projet

Cannot find the "committer tools > Download stats" button to get download statistics of the GEMOC projet
Steps to reproduce
I'm following instruction as stated in https://wiki.eclipse.org/Project_Download_Stats in order to find donwload stats of our projet.
the links on the web site are correctly using the recommended form (for example https://www.eclipse.org/downloads/download.php?file=/gemoc/packages/releases/3.5.0/gemoc_studio-linux.gtk.x86_64.zip )
then once connected to my account (dvojtisek) I cannot see any link to download stats.
What is the current bug behavior?
cannot find link or place to get the download stats of the project.
What is the expected correct behavior?
either have the link on my page or update the documentation to the correct tool to get the statistics
