Ownership sharing of new Eclipse Zenoh Rust crates

As discussed in #2010 (closed) , here is the list of new Rust crates that we will release soon for Eclipse Zenoh. I already made the names reservation on crates.io.
For future releases I'm sharing the ownership with the eclipse-zenoh-bot that runs our Github CI. Please accept the invitations.
