mailing list archive microprofile-wg not being updated

Summary

The MicroProfile mailing list at https://www.eclipse.org/lists/microprofile-wg/maillist.html appears to have not updated in over 24 hours even though I've received email notifications showing new email that has been sent to it.

Send an email to microprofile-wg@eclipse.org Check to see if email appears at https://www.eclipse.org/lists/microprofile-wg/maillist.html

What is the current bug behavior?

new email doesn't appear at https://www.eclipse.org/lists/microprofile-wg/maillist.html

new email does appear at https://www.eclipse.org/lists/microprofile-wg/maillist.html

Impact

Among other things, the mailing list is used for purpose of tallying votes for upcoming releases. Without the mailing list updates it's difficult to keep track of votes. We have votes that were expected to close on December 6, 2022, so this is a problem for our current release.
