[temurin-compliance] 2 new machines need setting up for TCK use

Summary

We have 2 new machines, Ubuntu2204 x64 and Solaris 10 x64, both of which require setup for use in the Temurin Compliance Jenkins

Ubuntu2204 147.28.133.219

Solaris10 147.28.133.220 (may require -o HostKeyAlgorithms=ssh-rsa when ssh'ing in for the first time)

Please name these machines tck-equinix_esxi-ubuntu2204-x64-1 and tck-equinix_esxi-solaris10-x64-1 in Jenkins, respectively.

The Eclipse Webmaster public ssh key is on the root user for both of these machines, and password authentication has been disabled for ssh.

On the ubuntu2204 machine, could you have an alpine docker container running on port 2222 equivalent to the one on jck-packet-ubuntu2004-x64-1.

This is a high priority issue as we need these machines ready and tested before the end of the month as we will be losing our older systems.
