[oniro] linux/linux-meta MRs can't be merged

Summary

I have two merge requests in the oniro-core's linux and linux-meta repositories:

eclipse/oniro-core/linux-meta!1 (merged) eclipse/oniro-core/linux!1 (merged)

Even though I'm a maintainer, I can't see the merge button so I can't seem to be able to merge the merge requests.

What is the current bug behavior?

Can't merge merge-requests.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Should be able to merge merge-requests.
