Request setup PR builds for Adoptium AQAvit TRSS via Netlify

Summary

TRSS is a web application https://trss.adoptium.net/. The repo https://github.com/adoptium/aqa-test-tools is under the Adoptium AQAvit project https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/adoptium.aqavit. TRSS is a critical component in Adoptium AQAvit that allows us to review, filter, sort, search, and analyze millions of test results.

As a web application, TRSS contains UI, which is a combination of function and graphics. It is essential for us to have automatic PR builds to visually review and confirm UI features. It’s invaluable for refining and maintaining UI. And it will significantly reduce the workload of both reviewers and contributors.

We have auto PR builds set up vis Netify for https://adoptium.net/. We would like to request a similar setup for https://github.com/adoptium/aqa-test-tools repo. I have created the issue that contained the Netify deploy configuration for TRSS: https://github.com/adoptium/aqa-test-tools/issues/727
