Why is eclipse.org/jetty directing to the archived projects page?

duplicate of #2019 (closed) and #2015 (closed). projects/jetty is handled as projects/jet, and that project is archived. there are currently some overlapping urls, but I have no idea about the root cause, just observing this in multiple areas.

The deadline for a glut of issues opening about projects moving to eclipseprojects.io was Sept 29th, at least ours was (#1813 (closed)). The migration issue #1991 (closed) isn't due until the end of November, which is the first thing that came to mind when we saw this redirect issue.

Not sure who fixed it, but it is working now.
