Oomph catalogue cannot be loaded

Summary

Oomph installer doesn't work right now. Confirmed by several members in my team, without any other networking issues on our side.

Steps to reproduce

Start the Eclipse installer.

What is the current bug behavior?

An error message about the catalogue not being available.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Listing all the available EPP packages (in "advanced" mode)
