Provide a way to discover all official Eclipse orgs on GitHub

With the move to GitHub, many Eclipse projects have put their repo inside the main github.com/eclipse org, but others (e.g. Tycho, Sirius) have their own org. AFAICT, there is no way to find these orgs from GitHub.

Maybe the main github.com/eclipse could list them in its https://github.com/eclipse/.github/blob/master/README.md so they are clearly visible to anyone coming to https://github.com/eclipse?
