[Bug 417642] Page "Archived Eclipse Projects" should state the reason for archiving

Description

The page "http://www.eclipse.org/archived/" shows a list of archived projects. At the development process (http://www.eclipse.org/projects/dev_process/development_process_2011.php\#6_2_6_Archived), it is stated that "there must be good reasons to have moved a Project to the Archives". As the "Archived Eclipse Projects" page is the central page for archived projects, I would have expected links to the decision process to archive each project. Or at least a sentence giving the reasons.

It would also be nice to see, what the original goal of the project was. Perhaps a link to the project proposal page would do the trick?

The "Archived Technology Project" page (http://www.eclipse.org/technology/archived.php) gives an example how such an overview might look like. For instance the "Pollinate" project or "WSVT (Web Service Validation Tools)" and "XSD".
