I reported many bugs without any response so my suggestion is that the plugin is not maintained anymore.
What is the installation errors listing?
Does it show that the plugin works as expected or does it show that the plugin could be installed only without errors?

It would be awesome if those changes were contributed back to the original project but it's possible that project is not accepting them. I need a bit more information about what's going on before making a decision on what we should do.
Reaching out to the author is the next logical step here. I can't delete a listing without doing that first.

I sent an email to the author with a deadline of August 15 to get back to us. If we don't hear from them by that date, we will need to make a decision without their input.
It's the summer and quite a few people are taking vacations, I want to make sure we give them enough time to get back to us.
Since our health check is not reporting any issue, I don't have any immediate reasons to take action today.
