Redirects for new websites.eclipseprojects.io hosted webpages and deep links

Hi.

I followed the discussion in #732 (closed) around moving the project websites from eclipse.org/ to websites.eclipseprojects.io/ and gladly noticed that redirects will be installed.

Will the redirects also work on deep links?

For example, for our Eclipse Ditto project page (currently at https://www.eclipse.org/ditto/), we often link to topics in the documentation (using deep links) when someone from the community asks a question via StackOverflow or another channel.

Example answer: https://stackoverflow.com/a/65301543/5058051 Links to:

  • https://www.eclipse.org/ditto/basic-signals.html#architectural-style
  • https://www.eclipse.org/ditto/basic-signals-event.html

Will those deep links correctly be redirected to the new domain after our project page has been moved?
