CI unable to connect to objects.githubusercontent.com

The CI at https://ci.eclipse.org/jsp seems unable to connect to objects.githubusercontent.com

Using either curl or wget to https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/glassfish/releases/download/7.0.0-28-04-2022/glassfish.zip results in an unable to resolve that host. e.g. "Could not resolve host: objects.githubusercontent.com"
