Execution: Migrate Eclipse openK Core Modules & Eclipse openK User Modules to GitLab

I made a new Issue for the actual execution to keep things clear (Execution/Evaluation).

I got the go for the migration. So can you please migrate all projects from here:

1. All Eclipse openK Core Modules (6 Repos) https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/technology.openk-coremodules/developer
2. All Eclipse openK User Modules (17 Repos) https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/technology.openk-usermodules/developer

to Eclipse Gitlab.

• Time: no conditions, as soon as you can
• Old Repositories: keep them as backup for now
• Note: Are these 2 repos needed by you for structural reasons? I doubt that we need them, I'll clarify that on our side but for now if you don't need them don't migrate them.
