Create SBOMs for Eclipse IDE products
We started investigating how we might generate SBOMs for Eclipse IDE products while at EclipseCon (in mid-October 2023). I don't believe that we're tracking this effort elsewhere, so we'll use this issue to provide an entry point as we collect information about progress and results.
