Add EE4J projects to the "cloud native java" tag PMI page and rename the tag

Hello,

As part of all the Java-related re-org, we need some help on:

1. add all the projects listed as part of the EE4J:  https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/ee4j to "Cloud-Native-Java" tag.
2. Add the Glassfish project to the "Cloud-Native-Java" tag.

In the second phase, re-name the "Cloud-native-java" pending to decide with the team
