Endpoints for creating VC/VP proofs must accept a namespace and key parameters

Endpoints for creating VC/VP proofs and VP from raw JSON data must accept additional namespace parameter which corresponds to transit engine name in the Vault.

The respective key name must exist in the given namespace (transit engine) for the request to be fulfilled successfully.
