[IDM.TRAIN.00014] Trust Framework Configuration - Creation of Trust Framework as PTR record in DNS

This functionality MUST allow the creation of trust frameworks

• MUST allow creation and mapping of multiple trust frameworks (multiple federations/domains)
• MUST allow referencing of trust frameworks from other domains

Inputs

• API specification endpoint (comes from the Notary / Notary API connector). Form of body, url parts definition and response

• Include delete or update funcionality? In case of deletion, definition on how to handle left over information (trust lists).
