Point TCR Documentation to the new Arch Doc

Description:

The TCR currently contains some architecture Documentation which should be united with the general docs in the TRAIN Documentation repo. Most notably the domain model and existing architecture docs must be unified and moved to the TRAIN Documentation.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Overarching Docs are moved to the TRAIN Documentation repo
• The TCR documentation points to the overarching docs for further information
