[IDM.TRAIN.00016] Trusted Content Resolver - Test Case Implementation for Trust Discovery

Description:

We want to implement the testcases specified in #13 (closed) to cover the trust discovery behaviour of the TCR. The specification issue and this will be in progress at the same time and overlap. Any Tests specified already will be started with implementation as soon as possible.
