[IDM.TRAIN.00024] Zone Manager - Test Case Implementation

Description:

We want to implement the testcases specified in #9 (closed) to cover the behaviour of the Zone Manager The specification issue and this will be in progress at the same time and overlap. Any Tests specified already will be started with implementation as soon as possible

Some consideration should be given how to verify the behaviour for the two different DNS servers. Best case, the test scenarios should be generic, and just run twice, once for each DNS server.

• All testcases specified in #9 (closed) are implemented.
• Both KNOT and NSD Servers are tested.
