[IDM.PCM.CLOUD]Make remote plugin Frontend

What to do:

• Create a repository with an our example of Remote plugin
• Make a React component
• React component inside of it should make a request to the any simple backend API
• React component should have neat CSS for demo purposes
• The component should be built and have a folder with distributed transpiled JS
