Implement CMP.NA.00034 (Revocation)

The scenario will be like

1. Given an existing non-revoked credential 'Cred1'
2. When the notary operator revokes credential 'Cred1'
3. Then the revocation list contains 'Cred1' as revoked credential

To make this work issued credentials must be possbile to get.
