Add scheduleable jobs for cleanups etc.

The system should have the capability to cleanup old sessions etc. Therefore we need a scheduling engine like Quartz.

Cleanup jobs may be:

• remove finished sessions
• outdated sessions (if not changed since T)
• session without notrequest after time T
• ...
