[DIDComm Connector] Operations Modes

Three operation modes will be required for the DIDComm Connector:

• Routing pure (DIDComm to DIDComm)
• Handling (unpackaging of messages directly in the Connector -> send directly to operations infrastructure over cloud events for further consumption by internal services)
• Hybrid mode: Depending on invitation either one of the above

All three modes must be implemented and configurable in the deployment chart (helm)
