Adapt URL for Trust Anchor endpoint

• Adapt URL for Trust Anchor endpoint to use v1 since previous path was not correct and calls to Trust Anchor therefore have failed anyway
• Externalize configuration for relevant URLs (to make it easier adapting the used URLs in different environments)
