Graph DB content doesn't correspond to SD content (bad revoke ?)

When adding SD to the system and then revoking it, we cannot add a SD with the same content, but the data is added to the graph database for the same requests._ Steps how to reproduce:

1. Add SD
2. Revoke this SD
3. Add the same SD (!I get a message that such a file already exists in the storage, but the data is being added back. And also the SD status is revoked)
4. Add the same SD again (AND Already existing nodes and relations are added)
5. Add the same SD again (AND Already existing nodes and relationships are added twice) and then the same, all the time added
