Collection Modules: Validate method
Does we have collection modules without a configuration in the StartCollectingRequest? If yes, should we use different Validate() methods for the different collection modules?
For example, the Workload Configuration Collection Module needs a configuration and I prefer to check the existence in the Validate() method.
