OID4VCI Support

The AAS provider must support new parameters like authorization_details defined here: https://openid.net/specs/openid-connect-4-verifiable-credential-issuance-1_0-05.html#section-6.5.2

This parameter must be extracted so that the TSA can pick it up for evaluation.
