Prefix ColorPalette colors with diagram prefix

Each diagram defines a ColorPalette, and each palette contains the same colors. This can cause issues to the specifier when he/she wants to set a color, and doesn't know where the color comes from. The envisioned solution is to prefix the colors with the diagram prefix, to make sure each color name is unique.
