[StateMachineDiagram] Enable StateMachine Diagram creation from Model UML

Add shortcut to create a StateMachine diagram from Model>New Representation.

We need to add StateMachine Diagram to the available representations list and we need to create an intermediate StateMachine when creating the SM diagram.
