Contribute a view DSL for the tree representation

To reach the Papyrus web goals in terms of Explorer capabilities, we need to add a way to specify a tree representation using the view DSL (as is already the case for diagrams) in Sirius Components.

Besides this definition, we must improve the existing tree API to be more flexible and reach Papyrus goals (such as virtual nodes).
