[Test] Add all manual test campaign in /doc/test-campaign folder

In order to centralize manual tests location, manual test campaign for the following diagrams should be added in /doc/test-campaign folder :

• UseCase diagram,
• Profile diagram,
• Activity diagram,
• Communication diagram,
• Component diagram,
• Deployment diagram.
