[ActivityDiagram] BorderNode should not be graphically Drag&Drop

On Activity Diagram, user should not be able to graphically Drag&Drop ActionInputPin, InputPin, OutputPin, ValuePin and ActivityParameterNode border nodes (as done on Papyrus Sirius Desktop).
