[DeploymentDiagram][GMF][Sirius] Bad owner for links with a Component as source

Description
This bug exists on Papyrus GMF Diagram and on Papyrus-Sirius Diagram.
Steps to reproduce :
- Create a Deployment Diagram
- Create a Component in this Diagram.
- Create an Interface in this diagram
- Create a Usage/Substitution/Abstraction/Manifestation/Dependency from the Component to the Interface.
All these news links will be owned by the source Component instead to be owned by the owner of the Component as it is done for the others diagrams. In addition, concerning the Papyrus-Sirius diagram, our developer guide indicates that the owner of the link should be the owner of the source each time it is possible.
